person a: would you mind straightening the store up?
person b, the lgbt one: [doesn’t make a gay joke]
accurate. Whenever someone new visits my flat and comments on the fact that the floors are wonky, the beams are uneven, the lintels sag….I take great delight in saying, “the only straight thing in this place is my flatmate.” and then roaring at my own hilarity.
