I’ll add that the queer hockey comic they are talking about is Check, Please! which is also written by a black woman and doing absolute gangbusters on Kickster.
Yo, I don’t even READ Check Please and I know about it. I know A LOT about it because it is popular. And I’m sure I WIll read it at some point because I respect that shit and it sounds awesome. So major kudos to her for being flawless and kicking Marvel and DC’s fucking ass. Go girl.
