Like… “Oh. Huh, never thought of it like that. I… Can’t say no because that’s exactly what I’m proposing we do right now, but… Fuck it, I’m gonna double down.”
I also love the quick mental gymnastics Bones pulled there to go from accusing Spock of giving his girlfriend radioactive jewelry to a tracking device. No wonder Bones and Jim were good buddies – they’re both bona fide geniuses!
