*gasp*WHITEboard paint? this is a thing that exists?!? speak to me of this wonder i must have itttttt!
Oh totally. We have it up on about half the walls at work – they painted a lot of the more visible walls in whiteboard paint to encourage us to “collaborate”, though in all honesty we mostly just draw big pictures on it. It’s where I got the idea!
It’s a special kit – it’s more complicated than just a gallon of paint, as I understand it – but the stuff we have up at work is great. I think it could be a really fun feature to add, like people can sign my column and stuff when they come to visit. (Also I can keep a grocery list on it instead of on the tiny whiteboard stuck to my fridge. :D)
it’s called Idea Paint, at least over here in the UK - we’re kitting out a new office at the moment and WHOO BOY is it pricey. Probably not too bad if you’re just doing a column in it, though.
Also make sure the surface you’re painting is super super smooth - because it’s a glossy white surface, any little imperfection is magnified.
