This was actually Bruce’s idea. Bruce frequently hates customers and would invent a restaurant where you have to eat while being rained on if he could. :D
(This is amazing, I am so curious as to how they did it, especially the very slow rainfall and the absolute flatness of the undersides of the clouds.)
With 3d rendering, judging by the source. It looks inCREDIBLY realistic though, I’m very impressed.
