My first girl crush was Christina Ricci as Wednesday Addams, so 1991, so I would’ve turned 8 that year. Kristen was one and Keira was six, so they were not quite on the radar yet!

TLC in the Waterfalls video. 1994, I was about 9 years old. I remember standing in the living room at a friends grandparents house and everyone else wanted to go out to the pool but the music video was on and I couldn’t stop staring at them in the water in those (peak 90s) outfits.
Rogue in the X-Men cartoons. In hindsight, definitely my gay awakening.
