Yep. I always thought intent was far more important than the actual content of a spell anyway. I’m willing to bet ‘dark’ wizards would be able to do horrible things with harmless spells (I mean, I’m pretty sure the DEs were using Wingardium Leviosa or a derivation to dangle muggles in the air over the Quidditch World Cup camp), and equally ‘dark’ magic could be used in positive ways.
