There is no research that suggests that “venting” anger is a thing that allows your anger to escape and become external. Indeed, research indicates that focusing on negative things becomes a habit and the more we do it, the more we do it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those videos both took me about a week to put together and both times for more than a week afterward I saw the world as a collection of things to be analyzed for shittiness. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dealing with negative emotions is very powerful.
