Okay, so, let’s write to BBC that we certainly do want commentaries. BBC has a form on their webpage to contact them, so let’s tell them that commentary would be most welcome and loved :).
neil_gaiman Is there a better way to let them know? :)
EDIT: got a reply, apparently it’s better to contact the BBC Studios, let’s write to them :).
I’ll be very brutally honest here: no extras, no commentary, nothing beyond what i already snagged from TPB? Why the fuck would i buy it.
I swear to God, studio execs always have their heads so far up their asses. When you hire Creatives who have a Cult of Personality attached, you fucking do the commentary.

In the day of streaming, commentaries are the only thing the DVDs can provide that the streaming media cannot. To say fans will pay for the unique opportunity to hear insights of the creator of a story internationally beloved for decades, is an understatement.
Mr. Tennant & Mr. Sheen’s performances have became iconic so fast that the internet is still spinning - commentary tracks from them would capitalize on that dramatically.
[just as well they had a character limit or I would have devolved into ranting or begging…]
[considering the ridiculously large fanbase for Good Omens on this site, this doesn’t have nearly enough reblogs; why is that?? anyone got massive follower count to amplify this? or better contacts to write?neil_gaiman has been tagged to death on this, yes?]
