Farscape is on Amazon Prime and if you have a subscription I’d give it a watch.
I will however point out my biggest criticism rewatching it last time… it is 99.9% white.
Except Lani Tupu who voices a non humanoid alien in the main cast and also plays a humanoid alien villain (anti villain? Its complicated. The Peacekeepers essentially drafted him and his brother as children).
On the other hand because of this the majority of the humanoid villains end up being 99.9% white.
Food for thought going in.
I love Farscape, I’m gonna watch it on Prime and love every second of it. And I’m gonna hope when it comes back, in whatever form it does, it’s the same show I loved but with more diversity and representation. Gimme some non-white heroes. Gimme some non-straight characters. Gimme some non-cris heroes - like, it’s Farscape, they wanted to push boundaries on scifi twenty years ago. They can do it again now. I want it to get the for real updated reboot/revival treatment.
..isn’t Krais’ actor Maori?
